BoxIt Bootcamp and Brunch

Boxit is for all levels of fitness, capabilities and of course for people who have never put a boxing glove on in their life, we are the best way to get into boxing training in a fun and friendly environment with patient trainers.

With boxing to be proven to be one of the toughest forms of training with high intensity interval training, cardio vascular and strength and conditioning all rolled into one.

The class will run from 11-12pm, please come dressed in appropriate outdoor gym clothing and bring plenty of water to stay hydrated!

Please meet outside the studio at 10:30am. The studio is down the alley behind Bodeans by Clapham Common tube station, SW47ST. Parking available and bicycle rack.

We'll be blowing off some steam before heading to lunch at Megans Old Town in Clapham. Don't worry, we'll burn so many calories you can indulge to your hearts content without the guilt!
