In 2022 Fiena is partnering up with the Combat Training division of Gymbox in Bank to bring you FIENA members only Muy Thai classes. (Yes, really!)

All you have to do is turn up, wear fitness gear and get ready to become self defence master. You’ll be learning kicks, jabs, body moves, endurance techniques : to get you set to be Muy Thai QUEENS. Ready?
