You’ve probably tried meditation or yoga before - but have you really delved into the ancient Chinese world of Shaolin?… (well, here’s your chance!)

Shaolin is one of the oldest, largest, and most famous styles of Chan Buddhism. It combines Chinese philosophy and martial arts and originated and was developed in the Shaolin Temple in Henan province, Greater China during its 1500-year history

For the first time ever, we have been invited into the Shaolin Temple of London, to explore the world of buddhism, kung fu, meditation & qi gong - in a session led by an incredible woman called Roxane, who - after being born and raised in London, went to China to train and become a Shifu and Master of the Shaolin world. Read her story here

In this event, you will get the chance to try qi gong (which are small movements done alongside with breathing techniques) as well as Shaolin meditation and get an insight into the life of buddhists, Shifu’s and the masters of the ancient Chinese wellness world.
