Strong Her Force Launch Event

StrongHer is London’s first women-only strength and conditioning gym in East London, celebrating females (including all who associate as women - trans & non-binary welcome) from all backgrounds to engage in a strong and inclusive fitness community.

Fiena are partnering with StrongHer and getting the opportunity to sample two of their amazing classes: FORCE & STRONG!

Force is designed to create force by combining strength, speed, and power to create a full-body sweat fest. Expect the unexpected. Get ready for a combination of callisthenics, battle ropes, air-dynes, ski-ergs, burpees and much more!

Strong is the signature class... whereby we play with the big toys… This class is tyre flipping, log pressing, sled dragging and prowler pushing. You'll be working in pairs or teams in this round, the perfect opportunity to meet new people and test your strength out!
